Pride Center of San Antonio – The mission of Pride Center San Antonio is to serve the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and HIV communities by connecting them and their families to community resources and organizations related to health, wellness, support, education, activities, and advocacy. Transgender Education Network of Texas – The Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) is an organization dedicated to furthering the gender diverse equity in the State of Texas. We work to accomplish this through education and networking in both public and private forums. Through our efforts we strive to halt discrimination through social, legal, legislative and corporate education.

Parents, Families , Friends and Allies United with the LGBTQ community (PFLAG) – Promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons, their families, and friends through: support, to cope with an adverse society; education, to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy, to end discrimination and secure equal civil rights. PFLAG provides an opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.

Pride Community Clinic – The Pride Community Clinic (PCC) is a student and doctor led effort to serve the uninsured and underinsured lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community. The PCC will offer primary care for self-identified LGBTQ patients while providing linkages to vital mental health, sexual health, and substance abuse services. PCC patients will be welcome regardless of sex, race, religion, national origin, socioeconomic status, insurance coverage, funding ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The PCC currently operates one Wednesday evening per month between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm and potential patients must make an appointment over the phone (210-570-7318) to secure one of the limited time slots. Patients must be 18 years of age or older. LGBTQ patients can be assured that all volunteers within the clinic are trained to be sensitive to LGBTQ issues.

Kind Clinic - The Kind Clinic is a full-service sexual health and wellness clinic dedicated to the treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including access to the HIV prevention drugs commonly known as PrEP and PEP. Support Groups
Fiesta Youth – Fiesta Youth is a youth program in the San Antonio TX area for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, and queer youth and their allies. The mission of Fiesta Youth is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, affirming place for LBGTQ young people to express and explore who they are through education, peer-support, advocacy and friendship. We hope to empower youth to build a future where ALL people are accepted and loved as they are so that they may become successful and contributing members of the community. Ages 12-18 meets every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 at University Presbyterian Church on 300 Bushnell. Parents and caregivers of LGBTQ teens and young adults also meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
San Antonio Gender Association – is dedicated to the exploration of issues involving gender identity, and to the advocacy of fair and just public policy for the wider GLBTQI+ community. SAGA offers a welcoming and safe place for conversation, discussion, and support to transgender, gender nonconforming, non-binary, genderqueer, and intersex persons and to those who love and support them. Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month. The doors open at 6. Meetings are form 6:30pm - 9pm at Metropolitan Community Church - 611 E. Myrtle St. San Antonio, Texas 78212.
TransAlliesSA – We are a San Antonio, Texas, support resource for allies (parents, spouses, family) of transgender people. We offer support group meetings and resources to answer questions you might have concerning your transgender loved one.
Trans Masc Folks Y Mas – Welcomes ALL transgender, non-binary, androgynous, gender fluid, two-spirited individuals looking to explore and embrace their gender expression. We are a community made of diverse trans identities and we envision a community that is inclusive, respectful and values the existence of all gender identities. We seek to uplift our most marginalized voices, to learn from them, and to grow not only within ourselves but simultaneously with our community members, neighbors, and allies. We hope to achieve this by promoting education, community engagement, mutual aid, racial justice, and equity and equality on all fronts. This peer-facilitated group meets every Second Friday at 6:30 pm at the Pride Center, address 1303 Mccullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212. Due to COVID-19, ALL meetings will be held via zoom.
